Different Billing address and Shipping address
If you place an order with different shipping address, you will receive a phone call from iDcow.com to verify your order on the phone. So please, provide us with correct telephone number. If the phone number given is not a working number, your order will be cancelled.
Return Policy
Due to mishandling of our products, ALL SALES are FINAL unless it’s a factory defect.
We will exchange or refund defective merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the product. After 14 days, customer needs to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty service. Once the product is returned in satisfactory condition, we will gladly credit your account. All shipping and handling costs are non refundable. The item(s) must reach us in a sellable condition. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
When returning an item, please indicate the reason(s) for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to make your return. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a credit to your credit card or resend the merchandise, whichever you prefer.
iDcow.com reserves the right to refuse refund/exchange on items which we feel the buyer has used or damaged.
Shipping charges (from or to) will not be refunded for following reasons:
1. Refused shipment.
2. Orders returned without any explanation.
3. Duplicate orders.
4. Changed your mind and did not cancel order before we shipped.
5. Did not like the item after you received it.
6. Wrong items was ordered and want to send it back.
7. You have moved and failed to notify us of your new address before we shipped your order. If you wish the order to be shipped to your new address after it is returned to us you will be charged a new shipping charge.
8. Special sales orders. (Free Shipping returns or exchanges)

Return Instructions:
We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the item back to us in its original packing. Please make sure your shipping receipt, return merchandise authorization number with your name and address is in the box along with any special instructions for your return. A credit to your credit card will be processed after our review minus any shipping charges.
